CargoBuddy operates solely as a technology platform that facilitates connections between independent users. We are not a delivery company, logistics provider, or transportation service.

We do not:

• Employ, control, or supervise drivers
• Own or operate vehicles
• Handle, transport, or deliver packages
• Set or negotiate delivery prices
• Guarantee delivery times or outcomes

2. No Warranties

CargoBuddy makes no warranties or representations about:

• The reliability, punctuality, or performance of drivers
• The quality or safety of delivery services
• The accuracy of user-provided information
• The legality of items being transported
• The availability of the Platform or its features
• The suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose

3. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

CargoBuddy, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the Platform
• Lost, damaged, stolen, or delayed packages
• Actions or inactions of other users
• Disputes between users
• Personal injury or property damage
• Unauthorized access to your account or data
• Errors or interruptions in the Platform
• Any other matter relating to the Platform

4. User Responsibility

Users acknowledge and agree that:

• They use the Platform entirely at their own risk
• They are responsible for verifying the identity and reliability of other users
• They must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• They are responsible for properly packaging and describing items
• They must obtain appropriate insurance for valuable items
• They should meet in safe, public locations

5. No Insurance Coverage

Users are advised to obtain their own insurance for valuable items. We do not provide and are not responsible for any insurance coverage for packages, vehicles, or persons involved in deliveries arranged through the Platform.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CargoBuddy and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these terms.

7. Third-Party Interactions

Your interactions with other users are solely between you and them. CargoBuddy:

• Is not a party to any agreements between users
• Does not supervise or control user interactions
• Cannot guarantee the honesty or reliability of users
• Is not responsible for resolving disputes between users

8. Platform Availability

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict the availability of all or any part of the Platform at any time without notice.

9. Development Status

As a platform in development, we make no commitments regarding future features, functionality, or continued operation.

10. Governing Law

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

11. Severability

If any provision of this disclaimer is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
