These terms apply to all users of the Platform, including senders, drivers, and visitors.
CargoBuddy is a connection platform that facilitates communication between people who need items delivered ("Senders") and drivers who are already traveling to similar destinations ("Drivers").
Important: CargoBuddy is currently in development. Features, policies, and services may change without notice.
Drivers must apply for and receive approval before accessing driver features. Approval may be revoked at any time for violations of these terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold CargoBuddy harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these terms, or violation of any laws or rights of third parties.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes when possible.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
